Latham, NY… Jian Shen, MD, PhD, announced he will present an overview of his endoscopic spine surgery techniques at the 2023 ESPINEA Annual Conference from July 13-14 in Edinburgh, Scotland. “I am honored to be presenting at this prestigious conference,” said Shen.

“Dr. Shen is a passionate advocate for endoscopic spine surgery. The conference brings together physicians from all over the world to advance the field of endoscopic spine surgery. This will be the second time Dr. Shen has attended ESPINEA, the first being in 2019 when he was awarded the prestigious Kambin’s Award in recognition of his outstanding scientific and educational dedication to endoscopic spinal surgery. “The Kambin Award places Dr. Shen at the top of his field by his peers,” explained Cheryl McGrattan. The award was presented at the meeting 2019 in Salzburg, Austria.

Endoscopic spine surgery is rising significantly in demand, is state-of-the-art, and will become the gold standard for spine pain.
Throughout his career, Dr. Shen has completed over 6,500 surgeries and of that 5,000 have been endoscopic spine surgeries.
